Where sourcing usually goes wrong for sellers
Agents paid by the factory
Many sourcing agents take a percentage of the factory price, so they earn more when you pay more.
What we do
We're paid only by you, with a fixed fee. See what a percentage costs below.
Factories you can't verify
A polished trade-platform listing tells you little about who actually makes your product.
What we do
We check registration, production capability, quality systems and product test evidence before you hear a factory's name.
Stock that fails on arrival
Faulty batches, wrong specifications or missing compliance paperwork, found after you've paid.
What we do
An independent inspector checks samples before you commit and stock before it leaves the factory.
Packaging that gets rejected
Labels, barcodes or carton sizes that break a marketplace's prep rules mean fees, delays or refused stock.
What we do
We write your marketplace's prep and labelling rules into the factory specification, then check them at inspection.
From product idea to stock ready to list
We agree a timeline with you at the start, built back from your launch date, and report against it at every stage.
- Product brief
- Specification, target cost, quantities and the compliance your category needs.
- Factory vetting
- Registration, capability, quality systems and product test evidence checked.
- Quotes
- The same request to several factories, compared like for like.
- Samples
- Checked against your specification before you commit.
- Inspection
- An independent pre-shipment inspection, with the results on your record.
- Packaging and freight
- Prep and labelling rules checked, and a vetted freight provider to your warehouse.
Prepared for your marketplace
Amazon FBA has its own prep and labelling rules, and so do eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop and third-party warehouses.
We don't make your packaging. We write your marketplace's requirements into the factory specification from the start and check them at inspection, so stock arrives ready to list. We also check the test and compliance evidence your product category needs before you place an order.
One fixed fee, agreed before we start
A single product launch is a fixed project fee. Ongoing sourcing across a range is a fixed monthly retainer. We never take a percentage of your order.
You place the order, sign with the factory and pay them directly. Where our role stops
